Age requirements and fictional replies

Sexual content involving minors is prohibited, including fictional depictions. An adult-access label does not remove that restriction.

Character replies are generated fiction, not statements from a real person. Do not use them as verified personal information or professional advice.

Personal information and sharing

Use fictional details. Leave out credentials, payment information, identity documents and another person's private information.

Review visibility before sharing a character or saved conversation. Public, unlisted and private are different choices. Check uploads as well as text for identifying details.

Read current privacy terms for storage and retention. Private visibility alone does not describe encryption, storage duration or provider access.

Content boundaries and reports

Rules cover prohibited imagery, harassment and exposing private information. Report a violation without reposting the material publicly.

Include the relevant identifier and a clear description. Keep sensitive evidence in an appropriate support channel. For a technical issue, use account help.

Content labels and filters

A discovery filter is separate from model access, image availability and content rules. A label does not guarantee a particular reply. Read the character's description and rating rather than assuming every model behaves the same way.

Account changes

Keep access to the original sign-in method. Do not give passwords or verification codes to anyone offering account recovery.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
