Coins, rewards and gift codes
A gift key, a coin balance and a subscription are different things. Check which benefit a code provides before applying it.
Redeeming a gift key
- Sign in to the account that should receive the benefit.
- Open Settings and choose Gift Redemption.
- Paste the gift key exactly as issued and use Apply.
- Review the result and the affected balance or membership record.
A gift key has its own benefit, expiry and eligibility. Keep its original purchase or gift details until the result appears.
Coins and message allowances
The account FAQ describes coins as a way to obtain bonus messages. A coin balance is not a membership tier or access to every model.
Check the current redemption screen before confirming. Monthly credits and coins should not be treated as the same balance.
Checking a promotion
A code may provide messages, a balance or another named benefit; the terms should say which. An account-specific key may not work on another account.
For a promotion, match the issuer, expiry and eligible purchase before applying it. A code mentioned in an old post is not a confirmed current offer. Never share a password or verification code to redeem a gift.
If a key does not apply
Record the error and check for spaces, the wrong account or a restriction in the original terms. Avoid publishing an unused key in a public thread.
Contact support with the order reference and a redacted screenshot. Do not make another purchase solely to retry the same key.
